User non-friendly. It's pretty difficult to find what you 've already paid and what your due payments. Too many categories and too many banner advertisements in the first page with no actual use. When I pay, the app doesn't update immediately which is confusing. I 've contacted the support center multiple times to describe the issues and still no change.

Typical for Greece, works some of the time. Logs you out constantly, difficult to find your bills easily, even harder to find your consumption. Often doesn't work on login. Infuriating to use, a good example of how shabby tech makes life harder rather than easier.

As others commented it gets stuck. Also, you need to log in every time. So I have a screenshot of my username and password to be sure, every time the app says they don't match, every time I have to change the password to log in, make a new screenshot, for no reason as it is not going to work... just send me the bill...

A look into Greece

Suppose to be good but not very user friendly. Also, not working well most of the time so it's not possible to use it as intended. In response to your request: most of the time I get a blank page when opening the app. Even if there's a notification. Can't see anything. I don't understand why I need to put my meter reading and yet you are not using it and send me a bill with a different reading even though no one from the company came to check.

The worst registration experience, it took 4 working days to work. And now I'm trying to pay my bill and it's also not working. Really frustrating and unacceptable

The app is lagging. Also, the app doesn't save the login credentials when it opens after a while. Using a galaxy s20fe phone should not have any security risks to accept that kind of behaviour.

I can not open app to log in. I had app on previous phone no problem. Got my new samsung 23 and field which asks for user name and password does not appear. I have loaded and unloaded numerous times with no success

It used to be working fine, until it wasn't. I am still unable to access my supplies, see and payy bills or manage anything whatsoever. So all I am left with is just a blanc app. On top of these, I have contacted support, they identified the issue and then gave me zero solutions, they told me to just wait for a newer version addressing my issue and that was more than a month ago. So it is completely useless to me.
