Wonky app. Offers a discount, page closes before i can read the fine print, and code doesn't work. Not sure if it's an exclusion or i entered the code wrong. Another pop up wants my email but when I go to type the information the keyboard closes. I hope the product is better than the app.

So confusing I can never find parts I can never match up parts with the tools I bought. I'm using Milwaukee (amazing tools...unbeatable electric tools) and Ego and Worx from now on ...... I made a huge mistake thinking Greenworks would be a great company. And again the procedure for getting parts between the US and Canada which can't ship here is simply a nightmare. Do the research you'll see my point.

App issue with shipping address when placing an order. When I submitted an order without an address line 2, it appended "null" to the end of address line 1. This caused issues with the carrier and subsequent delays. Also, my zip code extension was not provided to the carrier, which is needed in my area.

I bought my first greenworks mower, the 25" pro model. TWO days after getting it, they have a sale that makes it $100 off! I've called to try and get a price adjustment, but they are refusing. They want me to box my brand new, not even used mower back to them (at my expense), and then order a new one at the sale price! I don't get it, that's just asinine! How can they say that they are environmentally friendly, but endorse pumping so much CO2 into the air?!

I love Greenworks tools. I find they are incredibly useful and reliable items for any DIY user. The app is alright for reference due the availability issues and app usability I find myself shopping for these tools on multiple platforms.

I bought the green works go cart. When trying to register it the paperwork and the AP both say to refer to the other one. After about 2 weeks of use the housing connecting the steering wheel to the rack and pinion broke in half. Why they made this of plastic I don't know.

Five stars for the Greenworks tools I own and I have several snowblower chain saws hedge trimmer all 40v work great .THE CHECK OUT PAGE I DO NOT LIKE I ALMOST CANCELED MY ORDER BECAUSE OF ADDS POPPING UP I WASN'T SURE WHAT I WAS ORDERING.appsolootly hate the fact that you have to put moving advertisements on the pages that I am trying to read,"( AND WERE CAN I GET THE 40V WHEELBARROW OR ELECTRIC CART.")

Excellent source for all models of Greenworks tools, except for the commercial line. Also some models that are hard to find can be found here.
