This is my first CRM, but not my last. And I've tried so many of them, but this is my favorite. Very convenient, I like everything, lots of settings, intuitive. Special thanks to tech support, the guys are great, they respond within a minute, in other applications I waited 35 hours for a response from tech support)) Of all the ones I've tried, I want to note the availability of tariffs and integration with many services, plus there is everything you need😃👍🤩

I have been using this app since 2018, I DO LOVE IT!! I have a small lash extension business, and this is my personal secretary! I will say when they update to a new version, I had problems with sending text messages. The customer service does work very hard trying to fix issues. And will solve the problem! It may take a day or a week but they do fix it!

I love this app so much! I'm a hairstylist and use it to manage my appointments. GnomGuru is the best appointment software in my opinion and it costs less than a lot of the others. I've used this app for over a year now and any issues I've ever had are quickly resolved by support. The automatic reminder texts are super customisable and the online booking page works great. I've tried other apps but always come back to this one because it's the best!

I've tried various booking sites, but there's no other app that beats this one. It's great that it automatically sends text message reminders when a reservation is made or canceled, and at the timing you specify. You can also customize many settings to suit your preferences. The customer service is very responsive, and they even change the system when you suggest improvements.You might find the initial setup a bit confusing, but once it's done, the app is very user-friendly. I highly recommend!

Best app I have ever seen. Best part is when you fix appointment it reminds you by ringing bell and it doesn't stop until you see it. Means you never miss any appointment. I am very satisfied with this app and using since 2016.

Very smart app solves my service appointments problems and more. I would like to be able to use gps directly from the appointment mask. Updating my earlier review of 2016! Six years into using this app I am sure it is the best appointment management app ever. I use it to manage and record my contacts and appointments but also categorise my expenses. And I am not using it to its full potential either. As for the support team... "AAA" quality service with speed and accuracy. Thanks guru.

Everything you need to manage you client's data and appointments! so practical! BUT THEY HAVE REMOVED FEATURES YOU ALREADY BOUGHT AND KNOW THEY ARE IN A HIGHER TARIFF, SO MEAN! It's true! In business (when I bought it) you used to be able to send e-mail notifications not only sms but a couple months ago you removed that option and now it belongs to the higher rate.
