I have a Samsung S23 FE. After lengthy discourse, I was unable to get an identification on an item. I requested a prorated refund and got an unintelligible answer. I want out of this app!

(aka:testerzero) I wasn't able to accomplish ANYTHING - the bills $$$ started getting higher before the first, initial, introductory usage... Could not get a 'feel' for (just about) anything - except the tug on my wallet... If 'app' is good, it should show me - before trying to shake me (down)... If this was a car for sale - didn't even get to lift the trunk - much less the bonnet (hood)... pshaw! Pshaw!! PSHAW!!!

I misunderstood what info this app would provide. Example when i show it a picture of a plate and it identifies it as a plate. What i want is information on that particular plate. I know it is a plate. How do I get out of the 3 day trial?

AVOID! IT'S AWFUL! The 3-day "Completely Free Trial", which, after 3 days, stop working & then ONLY AT THAT POINT, ask for billing information. There's NO NEED, if it really was "FREE," to get my financial information NOW. Plenty of companies do it, & IF your app's really that good & accurate, even if I chose not to purchase/ use it, wouldn't I tell friends? You'd have free advertising. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU CHOSE TO DO! You allow 3 pictures FREE, yet I have to pay to see your results? LAME!
