they are simply running the SCAM by over-charging per unit. It cost me ₹600-800 per month for just one CFL tubelight and cealing fan in the room. also recharge amount is not credited completely in your account, they deduct ₹8-10 in the name of transaction fees.

ideal meter power app is a very good app, it has many features, it can do online recharges, it shows our daily consumption, how much we are using, it can download electricity bill, but I suggest the following. You can also use this app and get all your information from this app.

Just can't login to my account. Can't even reset my password. It asks to re-enter registered number to reset password. I did that, but I don't get any link or OTP in response to access my account. Stuck at the login screen.

This is a fraudulent app just looting our money. The minimum recharge amount is 100. Only 94 or 95 rupees will be credited to the application. They just deducting 10 rupees everyday in the name fixed charges. Even though if we don't use the electricity money will be deducted saying that fixed charges.just for one light and fan during the nights and we rarely use geazer for this we're paying 800 to 1000 rupees every month. The modern way of looting money.

Like others have said. This app and it's company are running a scam. How can they charge 10rs per transaction for using their platform? We didn't face this issue before when we were using the prepaid meters where you had to enter a code. They are creating this Monopoly and violating customer rights. It's waiting to be brought up in consumer court.

I am able to install all apps but not this app. It is saying can't install, try again or find some common ways to fx the issue. I don't know what is the issue...can someone help me here ??
