It's a nightmare using this cable operator, their customer service is the worst ,you can't reach them and if you do they don't talk properly ,their app is no different ,if I want to access the app for that too I have to contact their employee ,I'm changing it to Tata sky after their term expires.seriously if anyone from the company is watching do something about this or just close and leave.

Worst internet service provider ever, half of the month they don't have internet when we call at call centers they clearly say they cant give the time but it will be done.Service doesn't go out for 30-40 mins it goes for entire day and at night no one is available to help so you can't do anything and this happens in powai, I wonder what kind of service they provide elsewhere. If you are obtaining their service for work related don't even think about .You won't have anything other than regret.

Worst internet service provider ever. Mostly local village guys work in service departments and service is zero. Every other day they have disconnection and it takes many hours sometimes even days to sort.
