tiene funcionalidades muy útiles como el menú y la grabación de llamadas que me permiten dar mejor servicio al cliente. Ya no necesitamos que una persona centralice todas las llamadas ni que esté en la oficina para hacerlo, ni que tome notas de la conversación. Con el menú, los clientes son dirigidos a la persona correcta y con la grabación sabemos lo que se comentó. Es una herramienta ideal para cualquier negocio pequeño que quiera dar una buena impresión. La recomiendo!
