Doesn't work great on Android devices. Very picky. Not all features available to me either, compared to a PC. Needs a lot of improvement! 9-12-22: app has not been fixed for Android devices. Still having the same problems. 10-05-22: password stops working and I have to create a new one. Has happened twice in 24 hours. Update 11-26-24: Uninstalled this about 6 months ago. Reinstalled yesterday. Worked for a few hours but now when I log in it says "unable to log in". Works from the website.

Recent updates have made this app so much more of a pleasure to use. Although it's not perfect, it's a far cry from the mental torture I used to have to put myself through to use it! Thank you for supporting android, it has made accessing client information easier. Updated my rating from a 1 (would've given 0 if I could) to a 4 (for one or 2 random bugs and crashes i experience). I would recommend further QOL changes to filter for ease of use, but otherwise, it is a good app for work

Constantly doesn't load schedule, have to close and reopen app and even that doesn't work. Makes checking my schedule on my phone a nightmare. I'll go to tap on an appointment and it doesn't open I have to scroll back and forth and tap it in a weird spot to open it and edit the appointment. pleaaaaaase fix this. It causes me so much stress

Please make it a little faster for Android. Sometimes I can't even click on anything without going out of the app and back on. Otherwise then its not bad. Updated on 8/28/24. Just noticed that the app has been updated I was on vacation so I wasn't using the app obviously.. Thank you for updating it for Android. It seems a lot faster so far so good.

Im sure whoever is responsible for the design part of this app have no idea about techs and salons. Horrible app for tech. Recently, they changed the whole app look that is so annoying, uneasy to use, and complex for beauty worker! Please do something about it. Make it simple, not tons of strek marks and popping letters that makes tech's head spin while opening. Fix it !!!!!!!!!!!!

This app doesn't do much on Android. You can't charge clients, you have to use the desktop version, which is not convenient on a phone. The desktop version is very glitchy, everyday the card reader disconnects randomly, also you can not block off time from the desktop. This app is also glitches, sometimes when I go to click on an appointment it won't bring up the appointment it will bring up the new appointment or block time option. If a client books multiple services you can't see everything.

Not a good app for android users. Can't click on the client to open their notes. It only works sometimes. Won't let me edit blocking. Always have to restart the app and that only works maybe 1/8 of the time. Always having to try and search the client instead of clicking on them. They are decent if you are using your computer but android phones? Not good. My coworkers have iPhone and they say they even have issues with it jumping to the wrong day or not loading.

This company and app are the worst! At first it seemed like a great add on to my salons. When Boulevard first contacted me I was told their software was fully manageable by the boulevard app, since we use IPads at both of our locations. This app is very limited on what you can do. You have to link three different devices to check out services. The duo, ipad and desktop. The software will automatically disconnect after every few transactions. When trying to reach customer service it's impossible.
