Convoluted, nonstandard interface. Scheduling is a tedious one period at a time affair. It automatically logs out the user after too short a time. My organization uses this for emergency response and it is completely inadequate and inappropriate for the task.

Requires constant logging in every single time you use the app. Poorly built and.glitches if you hit the back button on your phone instead of the back arrow in the app.
