can't seem to access chat box, keeps saying I'm offline although I'm connected to an internet provider. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the but it didn't work either.

Keeps telling me I must be online to go into the chat. Iam online and it's constantly telling me. I've even uninstalled and then reinstalled the app 😡😡

Its been a great app accept that now it wont let me access the chats because apparently im not online even though my wifi or mobile network is working.

How do you actually access this? I tried using my Bangor email address to login but they said user not found...
