A -To reset password you have to open our Timer Lock and enter 10:10 time on clock and press middle button. It will open password reset screen with secret question set by you, answer it correctly and set new password or press on ? symbol button on screen and it will open reset screen.
Q - I uninstalled this app and again installed. Can I get my locked pictures back?
A - you need to unlock pictures before uninstall. Files are not available in new install.

I installed this App and was working very nicely. I started keeping my photos and videos in timer. Suddenly the timer stopped working and now I am unable to retrieve my photos and videos which were rare also. Please,take my advise,do not keep your photos only in timer but have the backup also. This App is not reliable.

What's wrong with this app????😡while I try to export my pic in gallery It shows that "exception,exporting file failed." I have used the latest version of this app but I can't export my photos.It's not a fear.....Please solve this issue as soon as possible....

Nice app This app is so important that this app should not be neglected. Video, photo and file can be saved in this app. If this app is opened and closed again, it does not even appear in minimise. The app was used to hide my photos and videoes. Now it is required to unhide them. But the app is not responding and it suddenly cosed. The fact was reported to you several times. But no reply. You are nor requestef to take up the matter immediately. As I do have other copies, it is urgent to unhide my media.

It was going very well but a few days before it's not working properly, when I want to add files it don't add files to locker. It just shows empty white screen. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, thanks

Showing File export failed .when am i going to restore any files, that's why we are not able to export any files. Why are you providing your email id for support to all the users .Please solve this issue or provide any update.

I like this app a lot it's very easy to use and it doesn't have much ads, it's the best locking app I've ever used. I used few pics and videos to see how it works and I unlocked them but now I don't see them I don't know whether the are deleted or what...!

Worst hiding app ever....even it doesn't deserve one star... When i started to use initially i was able to export the images and videos that i hide it in this app.... But later on i was not able to export videos and photos not even single one.
