Doesn't show accurate location. Always shows that the vehicle is at my house no matter what I do in settings. Stays on and records for 20 minutes after driving, wasting battery. Park mode is and always has been turned off. Records randomly at 2 a.m. for 20 to 30 minutes every day. Also, still doesn't work with android auto. If android auto is on it doesn't connect or record.

Thought that this was gonna be a great camera. Nope. I don't like that in the new app for it that there's no way for you to physically stop the live stream. It continually records for like 20min after. If it were to be the same as the nexar classic app then I'd totally keep it. I'll go back to my nexar pro instead.

I've had a Nexar camera for a couple of years now. Easy to install, customize and manage. When I got a new phone, the tech support team helped me troubleshoot connectivity issues until my situation was resolved. Thankfully, it was only a low battery charge in my case as I was homebound for a week and didn't drive my car, but it was the technicians reaching out daily and following up with me that impressed me more. I was already sold on the camera and service contract. This was an added plus!

For some reason the dashcams, 2 nexar pros I received stopped working. Did a factory reset, reset my phones network settings, dashcam will not be detected on the app. Tried classic app and this useless app, same results. Tried another device and same result. Support is useless too, same old responses, no effect to actually help the customer. Waste of $400. Stay away from nexar.

The app isn't perfect but it's better than the classic one and I can finally save clips straight to my phone instead of having to upload them first. If you're having problems connecting the app to your camera during the setup link it with the classic app first but delete classic once done.

No live stream for newly added Rear Camera? This is not good, especially when no Remote Download request has successfully included the Rear Camera. also the Contact Us does not work in this app, while it does in Classic. The camera streamed during setup, why not anytime we desire or need it to?

Furthermore, the support team (Rache, Logistics and Support) has been very helpful in addressing concerns, issues and have always gone above and beyond. Nexar has my support and I am looking to continue buying products to keep my family and property safe.

Rear camera syncs with the main camera now and downloads from the rear camera appear to be working now. Company has been responsive to concerns. I'll update this review further as issues are addressed.
