Too slow, crashes, needs to be easier to go back through and find old pictures to upload than scrolling through all photos on phone. Please fix the app because the print quality is great and I don't want to use a different company.

Not intuitive; uploading to the cart (!) takes far too long, auto-crop is pretty good but when it misses the mark, it *really* misses the mark. The most frustrating thing is that editing one photo (particularly the size) changes all other photos' details to match. I've wasted an extraordinary amount of time on this app.

This rating is for the app only, as I have yet to order pictures. I have had the app downloaded for about 2 minutes and am already frustrated at the poor UX design. The app is clunky and in need of serious revamping. My suggestion would be to start in the upload photo section, which only allows two rows of photos to be shown and allows no ability to scrub to a specific time frame so uploading photos is a nightmare. In addition, I'm not even able to select a photo to be uploaded. (Android)

I used the website/app for the first time less than a week ago to print my daughter's senior pics, and they literally came a few days later! I was already fine with their prices, but found a promo code and got an even better deal. I was also impressed with the time and care put into the packaging--absolutely no damage. The wallets came already die-cut, so we didn't have to cut them unevenly by ourselves. It's my first order, but I'm so happy with the results and will definitely use them again!

Use the website frequently and have been very satisfied with their products. The app, however, is not that great. No ability to look through saved projects or photo albums. It is not very intuitive to use so I doubt I'd use it to place an order. Hopefully they get more robust features to make the app worthwhile.

There is nothing more frustrating than an app just closing in the middle of what you're working on. This app closes itself within minutes of opening it. I really hope the bugs get worked out because the pictures are great. It would be great if I could print the pictures off of my phone without this much trouble.

This version is an improvement but still not as user friendly as other photo printing apps. The slider used to resize photos is not great (why not pinch to zoom?), the tapping and dragging motion to move photos around is not responsive. I want to support a small Kansas business and I love Mpix's quality so I usually end up uploading my photos to cloud storage and downloading them on a desktop computer and using the Mpix website. It would be much easier with a better Mpix smartphone app.

I've never reviewed an app before, but this one is so frustrating to use. Navigation is difficult and counter-intuitive. Several pages within the app aren't formatted well, so text appears as a long and skinny column. If you mistakenly press the back button on your phone, you can lose edits or lose the place you navigated to. The menu is labyrinthine, and there is no easy way to get to the Search bar on most pages. No how-to videos for app, just the website. FAQ is threadbare. So disappointing.
