it's really great....when ur at home.... however when ur out........ trying to view four cameras at once crashes the app. u can only view 4 cameras at once (which is fine) but u can get play back/recording on 3 or 5 cameras. not sure how that maths out but ok....

very glitchy. I'm not sure if it i like it better before or after the update. Still lags and glitches like crazy. now it pauses and tells me to play the live feed every few 30 seconds. while I'm in the replay. Thinking I need a different camera setup.

I just bought six cameras and of course they don't all work at the same time I'm lucky to get them to work at all plus I have to buy a separate Wi-Fi just to see if I can get it working. and now one month later now I've lost two cameras that don't work at all it skips in between photos of catching people on my property I really wouldn't invest the money again if my life depended on it

Easy setup and works well as basic standard mode, but it would have been nice to know before purchase that there was a monthly subscription to use some features.

I bought 2 cameras for outside security they have full Wi-Fi signal and have disconnected several times over the last 8 weeks, i was away for a week and disconnected so not very reliable .

I wouldn't recommend buying these cameras for any kind of serious security monitoring. The picture quality is great but the software has a lot of problems. You cannot pause a frame and zoom in without it resetting to the beginning of the sequence. You cannot walk frame by frame to look at something in particular it just jumps back to the beginning of the sequence. It is constantly nagging me to purchase cloud protection instead of using my SD card. After 1 month I'm ready to ditch the camera.

App keeps crashing. It says it has a bug. Camera can be easily hijacked from someone else. The app has security features but there's nothing to protect the camera from being put on someone else's account as well. My cameras have been. There's also no way to see connected devises or to kick them off. So if you like being watched by potentially anyone, u should use it. I'm about to change mine to something more expensive. This needs a lot of improvement.

The notifications are slow and the app takes to long to open when using it. When you opennthe app instead of showing the activity on your cameras you have to select them and then they take at least 3 seconds to load in. That 1 minute it takes to access and to see what is going on is to long and can be detrimental.
