Great app! The Chronotek team always responds and are hepful to assist with any issues or questions. We've used this for several years and the employees find it easy to use and navigate. Where this app really shines is the reporting side. Job reports are extremely easy to find and filter. The desktop version is user friendly and changing log errors is quick and simple. It's clean and organized to look at as well. I recommend this app. Looking forward to the new features down the road.

I love the app! I use it as a time clock system for work everyday, and I've never had any issues with it. I do have an amazing pitch for this app though. I recently bought a smart watch, and I would love to see this app come to Wear OS. It could be seamless and convenient to log time never while have to pull out a mobile device to make a time punch. Instead, people would be able to use the crown of the watch to cycle through and select a place to log time at. Other that that idea, 5 stars!

Not happy... it won't let me log in on my new phone but will on my old phone. It keeps saying wrong password but it's the right one. It definitely has to be the app because it works on other phones. I shouldn't have to bring my old phone (that's not active) with me to work and use my new one for hotspot just so I can clock in and out. It's wasting my hotspot and I am going to have to pay for more hotspot usage. Please fix this issue!

Excellent mobile time keeping app!! I can see all my employees' clock ins and outs, AND with the GPS tracking I can tell if they were on the job site when they clocked! Crazy cool. I also can see if they left the job while on the clock. It is another pair of eyes for me in the field. Employees like the ease of clocking in and out and always having their schedule right there. Peace of mind for me, ease of use for them! Win-win!!

For the last two weeks the app crashes every time I open it and I have to ask my boss to clock me in and out from his end. I've never had problems with Chronotek before after almost 2 years of use, so idk what the problem is. My phone is up to date and so is the app, so I am at a loss. It's getting annoying

I have an android. I have downloaded the app (installed, uninstalled and reinstalled) and it will not let me access anything. My supervisor told me to log in with my email address and then hit forgot password. Then I'm supposed to get a link to reset password. Well this has never worked. I even went thru Google to access the web page and it never worked. I cleared cache, cookies, and history to see if that would help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Last update broke the app, I am able to login but as soon as it gets to the clock in screen it force closes. You should really make sure this doesn't happen, this is what a lot of people use to get paid.

The company you work for that installs this on your phones look through everything and you are never told of the after work hours tracking they capture and photos and record without you knowing... Superior Property Management does SW Michigan area... And they owe me hours, they tried saying this app was wrong... And while I'm here racial slurs were made on the job by John... I didn't appreciate it. Google maps has all my movements and never flaws... The story goes on and on.
