I’ve been trying to open this application, but it simply doesn’t work. Every single time it just shows “please wait” and never loads. Over the last 2–3 months, I’ve downloaded this app at least 10 times and tried it on both Android and iOS, but it has never opened even once. It’s hard to believe that an insurance app backed by a reputed brand like Aditya Birla performs this poorly. If there were an option to give it a rating of –10, I would gladly do so

The FHPL Health Insurance app needs a lot of improvement. The user interface is outdated and not user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate. It frequently crashes and takes forever to load, which is frustrating when trying to access important information quickly. Claim tracking is unreliable and lacks real-time updates, leaving users in the dark. Customer support through the app is unresponsive, and there's no proper resolution for issues. I expect much better please fix these problems.

I'm extremely disappointed with this app. Every time I try to log in, it shows "Your token has expired, please log in again"—and even after trying multiple times, it just doesn't work. I cleared cache, reinstalled the app, but the issue still persists. What’s the point of having an app if users can’t even log in properly?😤

If I could give a zero star, I would give it to this app. This app is, without any exaggeration, the very worst I have ever come across. It is unable to do the simplest task of letting you login to your profile. It has its own mind, and mostly makes you change the pin multiple times but will not let you login using the pin you just updated. This is the most frustrating experience!

Very bad user experience. First of all there are multiple issues with login. Even after the correct PIN entered says wrong PIN. Fingerprint not working. Repeatedly showing the login errors. Other than that, the claim status button shows the screen as *[object 1]* and *[object 2]*. Such a bad user experience, the data coming from server is not showing and instead displaying the UI code? Unbelievably, FHPL is the vendor of most of the big corporates and still such a bad UI. Should fix this asap.

All things are working good for me apart from uploading document. Developer/Team should try check the app before release it. Problem: you can not opload any document normally as another window comes to select the textual area, but it doesn't allow full page. If we try with another way using google photos, uploading can be done but uploaded image is not visible as shows blur image. Please fix the bug asap.

Useless less app, it is asking to enter the DOB in ddmmyyyy format but the selection in calendar it is coming mmddyyyy format. This is the first step to register in the initial step itself there was a bug. After entering the correct policy no, it is prompting invalid policy no. Worst app, it won't deserve Zero rating also.

Worst app. Doesn't go beyond the login page. Have tired it under the fastest mobile internet and broadband networks and tried on many handsets from older to the latest ones but nothing seems a fit for this app. Maybe it's opened by the company to just showcase the clients that they exist on mobile platform and that's about it.
