I tried Freska with a €50 discount for three cleanings. The first two sessions were good, but I stopped further services. I paid for these sessions as instructed. However, Freska secretly refunded one payment without informing me. Three months later, I got a bill from a debt collector with nearly €50 extra. This poor communication and unexpected charges have caused me stress and frustration. Due to this experience, I can't recommend Freska. Proceed with caution and monitor your bills closely.

So far so good. Some features like changing/modifying cleaning time in a specific way requires call to support. Notification 1day before cleaning is nice.
