I cannot log in. Even after I get the confirmation message that I've successfully logged in via DigiD, when I click to go back to the asr app I am still in the welcome screen. I've tried both Firefox and Chrome to complete the DigiD login, without success. I've tried too clearing the app cache and even reinstalling it. Also, I had Ditzo before, so this must be the right app.

The app is very good and very handy, but the common issue everyone will have is that it is not translated to english, and A.S.R. being as big as they are, not having their website and app in English, is a very big factor that just changing that would massively improve the community health by a big factor. I will learn Dutch, but as an expat, it is massively hard, specially that this company is a health insurance provider, not a mobile phone provider or a supermarket.

The app is in Dutch and I believe since ditzo is aware that non Dutch will use their insurance and download the app, there should be an option for switching to English. The app is useless to me as I find it difficult to navigate through because the information is all in Dutch. Please improve on that. Thanks

You can not even login into the application. I followed the instructions of the customer service to reinstall the app along with the DigiD app and nothing happened. Same problem as before. Clearly, they cut the budget for the development of this application, because this is incompetence on the part of the developers. How can you make an app where you can't even log in to use it?! I am not the first to report this problem, so please update the application.

Not able to create a pin/login. after login on with digiD the app redirects you to an webpage that says 'not found'. No other options ASR has a very shotty website and apps. Will not be a client for much longer if this continues

I have not been able to log in. I reset the code, enter thr code and it tells me to activate the app again. I've restarted, reinstalled the app and rebooted thr phone. It's a shame I need this app to upload documents that they are asking for

Unfortunately became so bad 👎 I am trying to call or message without success no customer service no one respond I have a claim from May 2023 no update received submitted customer complaint replied to login Tried login without success the sms to login is never sent I once reached one of the employees to cancel my subscription on the phone he transferred me to another one the the later told me I cannot cancel, and transferred me to then disconnected. What's the point of making an useless app? I can not even log-in with my DigiD and beside that it's year 2021 and still your app doesn't have English version! Common guys, you know very well that many of your clients are non Dutch speaking and you did nothing to improve your service! That's a shame...
