Thank you very much Ian for providing this excellent application. I spent days searching and trying many apps, and was on the verge of tearing my hair out. AMap viewer is feature rich without the complexity and bilious bloating common with other apps, it took Kiwi #8. We love being able to overlay the topo with aerial MBtiles, we highly recommend this app.

This app is outstanding! Very intuitive and easy to use from the start, when you use it more you find that it also provides a lot of detail and enables detailed analysis of recorded routes, and amendment of routes if you want to do that, minute by minute. It is ideal for use when tramping in NZ, and much better than the other mapping apps that I've used.

Very good, the stats are great. I'm doing multiple climbs up stairs with a 22 m elevation gain. However, these are smoothed out. The elevation gain is based on the smoothed data, so instead of being 17 climbs x 22 m it's only 55 m.
