One of the worst apps I have experienced, They withdraw money without prior consent even when the therapy duration is done.Highly not recommending this.Better try a better app than wasting the money on this. Finally they have so called ability to say that they can't refund! Initially, the communication of the therapist is very poor, not on time even when it is in the prescribed timeframe. I'm devastated done with this app! And! No replies from the relevant person who is handlings. No benefits!..

I am posting my experience as a mental health provider with MantraCare I have started working with MantraCare from the beginning of December 2023 with the agreement on a certain rate for my video sessions, another for chat sessions, and another for webinars, and the billing was to be at the end of every month. As the billing date arrived, no transfer was made and upon contact with them, which is incredibly difficult, they mentioned there was an issue with my bank. 1/2

Useless, all the therapist are either intern or pursuing the certification,i recommend mantra care in term of support from therapist they should be well versed and experienced. Number of technical issues e.g not able to raise a concern and chat section unable to open.

Please don't use this app, they have a bad business practice of not paying or do not pay their service providers fairly. They do not reply to their service provider as well. Bad work ethics and unreliable app.

app need some improvements , in callorie tracker senction many foods not available and no option to chose food quantity manually..☹️
