Very bad... I was impresses due to it's bus pass and other features but auto and cab booking was a terrible experience. Literally booked 5 autos! All of the drivers cancelled the ride. Very bad in case of urgent situation or when needed. I request the company to please look after this

I use the app since the last 2 years. Smooth payment process and also the option to validate the pass with the bus number is good as it's sometimes not easy to scan code inside the bus.

After updating the application. My photo from the monthly pass which I had purchased before the update of application is not visible. Due to this issue bus conductor told the pass is not valid, even after validating all other details. And charged the fare fee.

One rating Bcz of scanning problem, old version was better than this, everytime I sacn QR in bus, it's showing blurr, so I have to manually type bus number, old version scan was so fast that I can scan it from 5mts away also

I liked the latest feature to verify BMTC bus pass entering bus registration number. Thank you product team. This was a much needed feature. Scanning QR code on getting into the bus instead of finding a seat was a very daunting task.

Hello team, Actually I have been using your app since 4 years, but sometimes there is a bug when the pass gets renewed. The photo of the pass will not be visible sometimes when the pass is renewed. Please make sure that this bug will be resolved as soon as possible.And the please improve the live bus view make a separate tab or option to this. Otherwise this is the best and most convenient app I have used ever.

The new feature wherein commuters are able to enter the bus number is really handy in crowded buses and buses where it's hard to scan. Much appreciated as a routine user!

Everything was fine with the app untill I booked a ordinary monthly pass & BOOM! Thereon THE APP IS SUPER BUGGY - pops this 'something went wrong please try again' while I was trying to validate the pass. Ahhhhh, not a good initial experience for me thou
