I can use the app no further than "register and activate device" with either Bluetooth or wifi. The app wants you to purchase a "navigation package" when navigation has been free to use far over a decade. 50 cents per navigation, $2 for 5 pack or 8 dollars a month subscription. I bought one navigation to see if it would work ... it still failed to register. Don't waste your time downloading this. Someone will come through with an alternative app eventually to jailbreak and interface.

full of bugs, the full screen navi doesn't work anymore on my kove800 it just cobsumes a lot of resources in the background, and starts on its own. it looks like a chinese spyware, and a bad one at it

Terrible ride experience in 2024. App has no sense of delivering experience. You must do everything manually. It cannot use context to effectively drive experience and above all you've go to pay for maps. It's almost a ridiculous thing that is pretty much impacting negatively on Gaokin Motorcycles. I wonder why they decided to go this route. I'll encourage Gaokin to find a different software house to revamp the experience. We need a digital companion for our rides, and it's just smart business.

It's a scam! The device was supposed to follow guided navigation and should provide a bunch of languages, but only Chinese and (broken) English are available, the device being back to Chinese on every shutdown. The guided navigation, if that's for real, is enabled only throughout a U$8 monthly subscription. I even asked these questions before buying this device and I was told otherwise, "the device is just an extension to the phone's screen", but that's indeed a lie! Stay away!!!

App logged out on its own, and now I am unable to log back into the app. I have tried resetting my password, and it still tells me that I have the wrong password. Payed for map subscribe, and I can't use it or cancel it. Needs fixed ASAP. 2 stars only because I did like it when it was working but being locked out sucks.

Not working at all. Connected but speed is always zero. TR280 Device says No Locate. Also, Sales has confirmed Navigation requires PAID FOR service! This is not mentioned in advertising. US $8 per month or US $80 per year extra for the navigation directions on all Thinkerride computers.

Unless you are willing to pay a monthly charge DO NOT buy a Thinkerride bike computer!!! If you buy the device then you will find (as I did) that the device is basically e-waste unless oyu are willing to pay the monthly charge.

Incredibly invasive deep permissions required! The app wants to own your phone. Alarming. I deleted app and put the Thinkerride device in electronic recycling.
