Bad experience! When parcel is delivered earlier then expected and I could not pick it up on this day, app prompts to redirect it to other addres suitable for me. I specified address of nearest Zabka store but no parcel there neither those day nor the next working day. Moreover, next working day the parcel gonna be delivered in default pickup point which does not work for me (far away and parcel big enough). I'll never use this app and service again. Thanks.

Terrible experience. Courier left the package at the pickup point without even trying to call on mobile like I specifically asked. Now can't open the unit as the app isn't working properly.

I hate this delivery service, first of all their drivers who parked their cars where they want, block roads, parking places etc. and stay here for hours. Second is service by itself, they don't know how to call and communicate with clients for delivery parcels in appreciate way. Application is not matter how good if service is so terrible.

Single worst package experience of my life. To collect my package I shouldn't have to download any app, register anywhere, enter my phone number in the app, I shouldn't have to connect to anything via bluetooth nor should I have to activate my localization when all of that could have been handled like in any sane method of delivery - via the sms notif that I got anayway. I'm making an active choice to never engage with dpd services ever again. It's insane how terribly designed their system is.

My parcel was not delivered. The application gives wrong information that it was delivered. Zappka app shows that the parcel is returned. Looks like the parcel was stolen. I created reklamacja but still no information after two weeks. Don't recommend this service.

Bad app, says my email is already registered but I can't login or change my password. Absolutely dire, must be made in India

Very unnecessary application, not functional. It's not nice that I have to download it in order to receive my package.

Forcing clients to download an app and make an account to get their property is borderline scam. Would I known that before, I wouldn't choose your company. When I tried to collect the package, an "unknown error" message popped up in the app. I wasted my time. I expect a refund for the undelivered package.
