Not able to apply for my health card. After document upload, Apply button turns grey and unclickable. Today tried my luck again and surprisingly now I can not even login to my account as it is showing some error code. Have been trying to find out the email id of the support team to share my issues in detail with screenshot. Pls help. This is such an important e-service app. Better management is expected.

Dear Support, There is option in the app to add the beneficiary details..Inorder to add i was trying to add the my qatar id, beneficiary qatar ids as well in jpg format.After submitting all the details it is not showing any output. As it seems there is bug in the app which is not showing even the error message to the end user.

Login through National system works perfectly then this app hangs. Previously worked OK, did the usual, delete, reinstall, remove cookies etc. Poor development and follow on Previous requests have disappeared. No family physician assigned, no health centre assigned. Attempt to register with a health centre/physician and informed cannot as already done - no data present. Select language, after selection app bounces to front screen. Select comms channel causes language to be deselected.

I try to apply for a health card. I provided all required details and uploaded the required documents as well. But in the final stage when I clicked apply, I am getting some blank dialog box containing only 'ok'. Nothing is mentioned, and I couldn't go forward with the application. Expecting a solution at the earliest.

Apps it is not working. Keeps asking me language options and on it doesn't submit requests that were send for correction. The feedback and support button not working either is sending to a broken link. V1.7.7 Make a website version

I can't seem to log in for the past 3 days - have been trying every few hours yet getting the same error message "The app is currently under maintenance as we are experiencing temporary network issues, please try again after sometime". I've deleted and reinstalled the app yet same issue.
