It's disappointing to hear about your experience with the software and app service. Reliability is crucial, and it's concerning that the app and software frequently encounter issues. The unmet promises and denial of customizations after the agreement are further frustrating. Being stuck with inactive modules halfway through the year adds to the dissatisfaction. It sounds like there are significant improvements needed for a more reliable and customer-friendly service.

I am writing this review to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the Qandle mobile app due to recurring syncing errors that I have encountered during the login process. The syncing errors have not only disrupted my user experience but have also significantly hindered the app's functionality on my mobile device. The primary issue revolves around the app's inability to sync data seamlessly, particularly during the login phase. Each time I attempt to log in, I encounter a syncing error..

Two major issues - 1) This app does not work without switching ON device location. Really dont understand the dependency of app to know users location to function properly. Keeping location always ON drains mobile battery, hence I stopped using this app and uninstalled it. 2) They auto install second chat bot app which you can not uninstall. You must have to keep this app on mobile even if you dont want to use it. App has many bugs.

We used a different software before Qandle and were genuinely surprised to learn just how much we were missing out on, especially when it came to automation. A majority of the tasks that Qandle automated for us, we were doing the same tasks manually just months before. I have tried a lot of payroll software but Qandle has the easiest software to navigate and covers almost all the payroll concerns.

Very poorly coded app. Doesn't work half of the time with a message 'please check your internet connection' whereas all other apps are working fine. Some of the actions are to be repeated atleast 2 3 times for the same to be reflected in the account.

It wants to invade your privacy. I haven't given it any location access, still it tries to fwtch my location every few minutes and Android 11 gives me a notification that Qandle is using background service with a location symbol.

Doesn't work! Keeps on showing message about connection issues. While other apps are working fine. Specially in the work from home scenario, I'm spending an hour to 30 mins to just clock in everyday!

Wonderful user friendly easy to operate and know actual location time in and out makes life much simplified
