One of the worst booking systems I've ever used. Will cancel your bookings without warning or notice. Just don't use this app. Call them up to ensure you get booked in. Or you'll use the app thinking your all booked in, like it shows. Only for it to disappear and no one show up. Worst case, the first booking is fine but they cancel the return.

I definitely prefer it to emailing or calling. I also like that I can track it via GPS as it is coming closer to pick me up. I find the time windows a bit much where you could arrive an hour early but then either stay an hour longer or driver is even earlier than pick up window. Had an issue booking a return as it claimed I was on a journey during that time (that was my outward journey an hour previous)had to call in the end. The scheduling isn't super intuitive and a bit fiddly.

Bus service usually good but the app is very poor - inefficient and confusing user interface, difficult or impossible to adjust booking time after what it first offers is unsuitable. I speak as a fairly tech-savvy carer. Most elderly people wouldn't manage at all.

You do not know if you have a ride until the night before, leaving you in the lurch. If you do get a ride, the time is often changed without informing you. Otherwise you might be expected to stay on the bus for an hour whilst other customers are picked up and dropped off though your journey would have been 5 minutes. And the app often doesn't work!!!

A recent update to the app rendered it not working. I can make journey requests, but am unable to see scheduled trips so I can manage them, like I used to. Now I have to call them to verify or cancel scheduled journeys. Please fix this 🙏🏽

It never works when you want it. I was having so many problems looking at the scheduled rides and visibility for rides due, one of the booking staff told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now I can't log on at all

Not very user friendly. Userface is not very friendly. Just updated and now the schedule button disappears when you change the time so not usuable.

Worst app ever. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Doesn't let me set my address because my house has a name instead of a number, the location finder doesn't find my address for the same reason. It doesn't let me book a week in advance and just assumes I'm booking for tomorrow. It doesn't even let me choose the time. So if you want dial a ride to pick you up from wherever it wants and take you wherever it wants at whichever day and time it chooses, then go for it.
