They will milk that time fee dry!! The app works with a distance fare and a time fare. They charge 10 riyals just to have the car come to your location (double the price of Careem), and they take forever, driving very slowly, so they can get 50 riyals out of an 18 minute drive! And they NEVER have any discounts. Embarrassing

worst service ever!! The time the driver will reach was inaccurate and the price was so high!!! I'd rather pay that for uber or any app that would give me a high quality service!

The drivers sometimes are scammers. My wife used this app today and the driver took her on a long circle to make the price above 100 SAR. Going to complain about it to the transportation general authority to deal with the app owners.
