Lazy "app" is just a wrapper around the web site. It even shows links to download the "app" after you sign in to the "app". No usage widget or similar.

A bottom sheet is persistent with no way to dismiss saying that I'm offline despite the fact that I successfully log in. On top of that, having the app in split screen and adjusting its size (configuration change) restarts the entire app *and* logs me out again. This app needs some love regarding it's basic features. Drop the new ones if there are any ongoing, for the sake of having something that people can actually use.

Know it isn't abt the app, but it must be justice somehow. Was abroad and tried to cancel surf by contacting Hallon horrible support. Nope. I ended up w extreme bills. After 3x on chat, what I got was a "shut-up" 300kr back. They asked a lot of info to make me give up and Thelma, the atendent, said passive aggressively this was all Hallon could do, but if I didn't want the 300, there was nothing else Hallon could do. Before I could copy the conversation and rate, she closed the window. So ugly!

It is very hard to talk with customer service. Answer questions and solve the problem Very slowly. Don't want to recommend this operator anymore. Get bad experience.

Buggy! Crashes often, sends prompt "no internet connection" Now crashing as soon as I open it! Removing , not sure if I reinstall it .

Just the homepage works so I can see my credit on my prepaid card but I can't see details, payments, account data etc so I don't see the point of this app. Just use the website.

Kundtjänst does not work to tap on on neither app or homepage, or in different browsers. Så berry wont load, and there is no way to get any kind of help.
