I love the app, it is done in a great detail and with a lot of effort. The instructions are nice and i love the explanations of how to find the right muscles (e.g. analogy with the zipper). The categorization of contractions also helps to implement them easier in every day life (it is not just simple kegels). Only thing regarding the questionnaire (not relevant for me but the developers) is that i could not identify myself with any of the options given for why i am using the app

I got a recommendation to use the app by my physiotherapist, because I have a large injury in my pelvic floor (levator avulsion). The sound does not alway play correctly. The most disturbing is that old lady though. This is mocking all of us having injuries from giving birth. Most physiotherapists in Sweden recommend this app for these injuries we are certainly quite a few young women using this. Please change the background!(or give us an option!)

I have used this app for years and with the recent update, it has removed the calendar that shows your daily exercise count, and the only way to get it back is to upgrade to premium. It now offers zero way to keep track of sets or days, and my own data is now being held hostage. No thank you--deleting this app.

Have tried a few pelvic floor exercise apps and this one is really good. No ads, no pressuring you to buy electronic aids to help you do your exercises. Advice as and when to do exercises and how to do them correctly. Would definitely recommend this app, and it's Free!!!

The instructions are easy to follow, the strength scale is easy to follow and the reminders are easy to follow. And my problem is starting to get under control so I don't feel unease just for lifting my kid. Looking forward to completing the 3 months. I got this app as a suggestion from my midwife after suffering a rather extensive damage while giving birth. I could not figure out the instructions I got, via letter, by a physical therapist, and she came up with this.

Excellent app... very easy to use (and my muscles are VERY weak from childbirth injuries and also due to a disease I have.) I found the information and instructions to be very informative. I feel that this is the best PF exercising app available here and would highly recommend it. And having got past the first non-intrusive questionnaire bit there are no adverts either, which is good. I highly recommend anyone to give this a go... (and I only write reviews for an app that impresses me 🤔☺😊)

The reminders are not consistently working. Sometimes I get a notification, sometimes I don't get it for days. This is quite annoying for me. Edit: I have followed the instructions and now it works. Thanks for the support!

Found the app after reading the Asklund and Hoffman papers. It's user friendly, informative and evidense based. The best feature in my opinion is the sound effects.
