Horrible experience it is. Unable to book service and app goves error "Something went wrong" continuously. When called to customer care, even they get the same error and are unable to do anything. This happens very frequently. At this rate, you should add one more service "Servify App Repair" to list of repair services that you provide

Pathetic experience! Once you raise a claim request and the device is picked up, there's absolutely no update from their end. Their customer service team is horrible who also have no idea or tracking. They took 2 weeks to get my phone "repaired" only to find that it failed to start up after I got the delivery. Further follow-ups with Servify were painful. Eventually they asked me to visit Samsung Service center (yet to get any further information). Avoid taking Servify for additional warranty.

Initially I did face a few challenges in the app, and the document submission step for claims is bit tiring as well. But I am highly satisfied with the kind of service Ankit from Servify team has given for the claim. The whole claim process got completed in a week and phone was also repaired. The primary reason for changing the review is the kind of support provided for the cases. Thanks team

I had raised a request 10 days back for repairing my wife's phone. They got it picked up from my house, and have done nothing about it. The status still shows as picked up and there is no further communication from their end. We tried contacting their customer support through the toll free number and e-mails, but we haven't recieved any reply from the customer care team. We sent multiple emails to you on the mentioned email Id, but we didn't receive any response. It is really very disappointing.

It was a very pleasant hassle-free experience. My device was collected, reparied and returned to me within a span of 10 days. The work done was really top notch and my screen was replaced perfectly. Along with that there's no hidden charges and the user interface is very well formatted and keeps the user well posted of the entire repair process.

Horrible experience. I have given my mobile Realme C3 for service. Once they picked up I'm getting messages for payment to service without any link of payment. After continuously calling to the customer care I got the manual payment link. After doing the payment also it hasn't been updated and again I'm getting messages for payment. I don't know I'll get my mobile back. Worst experience. Not even worth of one star.
