Proximity, the app that turns door access into a white-screened symphony of frustration. A true masterpiece in unpredictability—will it load, or grace you with an "unknown error"? The suspense is riveting, especially when it locks you out in the cold. A must-have for those who enjoy the thrill of uncertainty and the occasional digital headache. Bravo, Proximity, for making key access an adventure in annoyance.

App wouldn't open past white loading screen. I tried several times and waited. Restarted my phone, same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now when I try to log in, it says "unknown error". I reset my password. Still can't log in due to an unknown error. Yet I can see my proximity acct in a browser. App worked find Friday and Monday, yet today (Tuesday) it's useless.

Terrible experience. Buggy app that only works if you have location tracking on. Proximity has broken our space's fob panels numerous times (which is interesting as the fob panels worked perfectly before proximity took over). Also, no one should be forced to lug a phone around with them at all times, simply to go down for a cup of coffee or to use the bathroom. The sooner they ditch this service, the better.

Currently locked out of the office because the app completely stopped working and won't load at all. Quit the app, updated, restarted my device - no luck and it's been over 30 minutes of trying while standing outside in the cold... Wish I just had a key

I keep getting the unknown error message, every time I try to log into account. Was told to reset my password, which has already been done and still unsuccessful with logging in.

I downloaded this app in attempt to check out a local coworking space. I was able to create an account but that's it. No member options, no way to check things out, or search. Horrible.

Your app never works upon start up. Keys won't load. It is just embarrassing at this point that you all cannot engineer a basic app. Find a new dev team...

Performs better than web client. no haptic or visual feedback on keys (keys work, but i wouldn't know if i had selected them unlike the web app)
