It's great when it works. I had no problems with the app a couple years ago when I first purchased the perifit. the new app version doesn't work nearly as well. It loses Bluetooth signal during the exercise and there's no way to finish any exercises after that. There is an option to resume the game, but it doesn't work. Very frustrating to spend so much money on something you can't use.

Fun way to learn control over your pelvic floor. I enjoy the visual biofeedback from the games. Playing the games made me realize many things about my pelvic floor health. Some good, some I need to work on. This tool gives me a way to do that at home, without costly trips to the clinic. I've been to pelvic floor PT mamy times in my life, and I've learned more during the introduction and the first set of games, than I ever did during all of my visits over the years. Seamless app and tool!

Once you get over the weirdness of it, it's a life changer. I love not having to cross my legs when i laugh! And the variety of training programs is amazing. Once I'm able to run without fear again, I'll move onto improving sexual function. I've had a couple customer service issues and they were extremely efficient at solving the problems. Thanks perifit team--

I enjoy the games and seeing my progress. Something that I think would help make this app a little better is an explanation of the spider - like graph that shows how the muscles are working. What is the goal image? What is the strength, control, ect of healthy vaginal muscles so the user can have a base for comparison and a/or goal? This is something I'd like to better understand and would like to see this more clearly explained.

In the previous version, the stats for each game session would be shown in the progress tab, along with "vs. all time average". There was also data to compare to symptom-free users, which was helpful. NOW, the games are not linked to progress. In order to track progress, you have to do a different "test" to see how you're doing with strength, endurance, etc. And it is AWFUL. I held a kegel for 90 seconds, staring at an unmoving line. It was as fun as holding a plank. RESTORE THE ORIGINAL!!!!!

Life changing. I was skeptical at first because most bluetooth gadgets I've owned to date (from smart watches, fitness trackers, kitchen gadgets to toothbrush) had garbage, buggy apps. It's like everyone thinks they can just focus on selling devices and don't need to care about the quality of their software. I was so pleasantly surprised with this app! The quality of the app is high, it doesn't lag or crash, works smoothly AND is very intuitive to use. A joy to use, as it should be.

Love it! Ladies, this is actually fun. I look forward to playing the games. Love that there are different levels and themes so you don't get bored (keep new ones coming, Perifit!). I also really like the metrics. It's motivating to see progress, understand areas for improvement, etc. I read a bit about difficulty pairing, I haven't had any issues. Just follow the prompts.

I've been using it for about a month. It helps a lot with incontinence but has also had the side effect of helping to control my asthma. It's an amazing tool and I highly recommend it. However. Flappy bird is damn near impossible and when you miss a day it leaves a giant gash in your progress that Is hugely demotivating. A simple code fix would solve these issues and then it would be perfect. You don't have to charge it or anything
