This is surely one of the most buggy apps I've ever used. It hardly ever works from one minute to the next. I wouldn't know where to start describing the issues but one of the worst is not finding your account and then it's downhill from there. The camera function won't work all the time. Update: Camera function is not working. Can the developers fix this please?

This app WAS great. But for two months now I have not been able to login. It just says "problem comnecting to the server". I've tried over different networks and even wifi. Please sort out this issue.

I have been installing and uninstalling the app, with the hope that I will be able to view my account. Apparently, my account details are 'No account found' despite me being logged in. If there was a negative star rating on this, I would have pressed it😢😢

App is great, easy to pay, but could there be a way to save our payment details rather than inserting them everytime you want to make a payment.

My application is no longer showing my bills, payment history and consumption. Under select account it says "no account found" yet am logged in.

It works.. payments is fast no more lines n network stresses when u get to the centre I like it

Experimented a bit with the app and am proud of EWSC. Waiting to see if my update of info will be effected hence 4 star rating for now
