Buggy system, often can't open the door, terrible GUI (the app defaults to "favorites" where there are no options and no way to add anything, the other buttons are hidden by a bluetooth notification, so actually using the app requires opening it, typing a passcode, closing the Bluetooth popup, clicking on another tab from under the popup, then navigating to a door and selecting to it, in order to watch it fail to open).

I have already contacted our partner, who in turn contacted you. No fix at all from you. Sub Par App. Using an Android and all updated. I've watched all of the doors disappear from the app several times. Open the app, the doors are there then POOF, gone. I have to resend an invite and reset all of the my doors. This has happened to several users, more than once. Nothing like standing outside your office and not being able to enter because the app you pay for clears out all of your entry points.

What a difference updates make. Folks you want to get your software updated to 8.6 and don't forget to update your hardware's firmware. The local BLE experience with this app is a huge improvement over the previously required Wi-Fi or cellular connection. It was easy to deploy to users and released the door in about a second. Devs, please add a widget for Android so I can have the release right on my home screen.

Edit: Managed to get the link to work. You need to go to App Info > Open by Default > Add link > Enable open supported links > Select/add tyco.entrapass.mobilepass. Then the link should work. Leaving my review as a 1 star because the app is still garbage and customer support is horrendous. ------ Link in email for registration doesn't work. Interface is ancient.

Constant need to reset when changing devices. No use for a user name and password. Update: Stops working on Android randomly. User name and password is completely obsolete. There's no way to self-troubleshoot. This app needs reset by admin when it is not working. I am sure my HOA fees are paying for this poorly constructed application.

Never works. Cannot onboard due to ambiguous errors. Every time there is an update we lose access and it's a nightmare to get back working and most times we are just left unable to use the app. Negative stars would be a better review.

Keep getting the same error over and over: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" I always have to uninstall the app, re install, link again my account, add the doors I need , and it lasts only one day and then I have re do everything again, super annoying. (Using galaxy S21)

Literally does not work when using BLE feature to unlock doors in person. Users are constantly locked out of the buildings we have. A case has been opened with Kantech support since March 2023 and they still haven't released a fix after admitting the issue is not our configuration. Our installer has already followed up with Kantech and Kantech won't even provide an update to them time after time they reach out. Seems like Kantech has no intention at all of fixing this app and has abandoned it.
