Keeps asking for location, hard to get to loyalty screen, order system confusing.

The app is ok for looking at menus and getting your points when you eat at one of their Bistro's. The crazy thing is that when you use it to book a table you have to enter all your personal details on the booking, even though the app knows them. It's very poor considering one of the main uses of the app is to book a table!

Absolutely brilliant! We got fantastic customer service and also a great deal on food too. Everything that was on our plates was cooked through, veg was cooked well. And just the right amount on plates too. Be 3 times now for special occasion as you do pay abit more, but so worth it. You might think you don't have quite big enough portions but it is enough.

The app was working fine until an update mid September.. it has not updated the points since 18th September.. and there is no way of uninstalling and reinstalling.. when I reinstall it just uses the data that seems to be still in my phone.. also my local restaurant does not have a scanner so have to manually type the card number after every purchase.. pita!

Cant even sign up as each time it deletes what you wrote and then returns an error like email address is blank despite the fact you entered it. Also the post code lookup does it work and recognizes new post codes. So basically useless. Ant sign up so why bother going to their restaurants. Fix basic customer service issues like this.

We've tried three of the bistro pierre's, Preston, Torquay and Southport and it is our intention to try as many as possible now we're retired. All three have served us with excellent food and we can't praise the staff at each restaurant enough. We've tried the autumn menu and the additions are lovely. As I live in Preston we frequent pierre's in the city and I would highly recommend this venue.

Supported Pierre's as and when we could through this most difficult time. It has now vertually returned to what it was although there are not many of the old staff left. Todays meal was good and we usually go for the PF which could do with a change on the main course ie more variety. The staff were as usual very efficient but could have been a little more cheerful. However this should not distract from the fact that the 4 of us had a thoroughly great time. We will obviously continue our visits..

Unable to use the book a table feature! The completion button in yellow is obscured by the booking details. So after completing all of my details, I am unable to complete a booking. I use an android Samsung Galaxy S7. My wife uses an apple IPhone and she is able to use this facility fully. I am using your latest update as of posting this.Please look into this.
