Trutac was and has been working fine doing what it's supposed to do, but now I can't take any photographs, even tho I've uninstalled and reinstalled still no photos can be taken.

Complete waste of time, I can't get through the whole check without it crashing. When you've taken a picture and you OK it, you hope it accepts it, if the screen turns grey it's crashed. I've tried making sure all other apps are closed, cleared caches, uninstalled, reinstalled, no change. Other users I know have similar issues. Save yourself the stress, and use another app, or use a booklet.

Very poor app. Too basic in the way it is constructed, but that doesn't stop it from being deadly slow at loading, taking photos etc. I cannot see why it has to work online, if you could make the app quicker without it freezing and going back to home offline, then online just to send completed checks.

Before the update, this app worked a treat. I had daily updates but they now only work when I clock in or out using the tacho in work. Daily/shift updates when I'm away is not now working. Back to old school methods I guess as this app is absolutely pointless and a waste of time and effort 😤

Work very very very slow , and doesn't let you upload pictures anymore... wait 2 h to take a picture, after some questions, the app is restarting and you have to take again all every question from the beginning... it is 100% slow annoying... +1 stress more in our job ... thank you guys for your awful app...

Designed to eliminate human nature it fails as it relies on human nature to function. Heard stories of multiple minor accidents & seen evidence for them, but nobody reports anything because we don't rat on each other. Classic example of wasting money on tech when what was needed was dedicated fleet personnel to do regular checks. Time consuming & relies on signal strength to function properly apparently. Tracks location of ops out of hours & is probably an infingement on working right

Good app but keeps crashing when taking photos. Great you can keep a check on your tacho. Please fix the photo crashing as it'll be 5 star then.

Tru docs worked great for viewing and signing infringements, but since the latest update this is not the case now. Please fix, can't View or sign for infringements anymore***UPDATE***This problem has now been rectified
