功能性

新线索：新线索将显示客户的所有新分配线索。员工可以查看他的新潜在客户，相应客户的所有必要详细信息，例如潜在客户日期，城市和电话号码。
-除此之外，员工还可以更新与客户互动，跟进，潜在客户详细信息和基本信息的详细信息。
-员工可以使用“通话”选项直接拨打客户的电话号码。

No doubt the lead history UI is a major update, which increased the tracking of leads better. Another suggestion would be to add a filters in the list of call data section after allocating the call data. As it will help the FOS to connect back to the no. that are not connected on the first attempt, or went into Voicemail or DNP calls. I would like to see this update in the application.

the app goes a little too far. Recording calls without us telling clients, forcing us to call clients too often (costing clients) and ever since I downloaded the app my other apps have slowed down. Wouldn't use this app if I had the choice, and to add to that I'm pretty sure it sent a virus because now all my other apps aren't working 😅 Would rate 0stars if I could

Changed the Looks but No new Features Added....A Suggestions to start a Same Dialer or a Phone Book internal App....to View Contacts name displayed when Making Outbound calls and When receiving Incoming calls....I didn't like the New Change... The Tabs are all Scattered and Confusing.... Make it Simple and Easy....

Their should be search option without applying filter,so that we can search directly to nearby area. Second issue is every time need to apply filter if once back button is pressed. Else the app is ok.

Please provide with the functionality to edit the name within assigned leads, particularly those that are automatically allocated. This is crucial due to the presence of multiple leads where the name is currently listed as "NA." This becomes problematic after engaging with the client, as an inability to modify the name results in it remaining as "NA," which is aesthetically unpleasing and hampers the professional appearance of our records.

Good app but only missing thing is you can't make your own lead if you wish to make lead of a new client. Calling customer again right after call just to make his lead is very awkward.

Using it since last 3 months but , As on now if customer is not interested then also we have to select a property details... If someone is not interested then define he is not interested in which project...?? It is a funny part as on now 10th October. Expected it would get sorted soon.

When we are using this application, our remaining apps is not working properly. Some issue is there with sqy beats application, please resolve these thing as soon as possible.
