really bad when dealing with Deliverit themselves, other serives providers are rather good. there is no support funcion within the app, you have to guess how to reach out to them.

Downloaded and used the service for the first time today. I was very impressed with the entire process. The delivery price was extremely competitive, and everything was well executed. One suggestion for the development team: the notifications for pickup, collection, and drop-off were slightly delayed. I received all the notifications at the same time, only after the delivery was completed. This is something to improve.

I paid online for the service, the amount deducted but my request was not registered. Although the support team is so helping. They helped me through to get the money back from bank. A good support team is a sign of good service. The app concept is great. I hope you will improve the technical part soon so the customer can enjoy the serivce.

Please, don't use this app if you want your order to be delivered on time and for the amount you agreed on. They took money for the delivery, then asked to move delivery date, then did not provide any service at all, and no refund and compensation as well. Be very careful, especially if the late delivery may inflict financial losses for you , as it happened in my situation.

Worst ever service received in UAE. Booked a shipment as urgent. The pick up person came after following up for 30 mins. Delivery location was just 40 mins drive but parcel did not reach after 3.5 hours. I cancelled it requested to bring it back and they took another 3 hours. I had to make atleast 10 calls and 50 msgs to get this back. This is just an app service and they have outsourced to beethere.
