Wish that they wouldn't charge you for a new trip for reopening the car for a few seconds if you accidentally left something inside or forgot to turn off the lights. Aside from that, I like that you don't need to take pictures once you're done, saves time & money. They've also replaced many of their JACs for Ford Territories, which is amazing!

Twice I've booked, twice the cars have not been in the stated location. Two wasted trips, wasted time. Disappointing. Udrive should implement a system where the driver has to take a couple of pictures when they park the car and finish the trip. Scooter services do this already, seems they are behind the curve. I don't recommend this as a service to rely on, based on my experience.

Car doesnt unlock! call centre not answering phone. Unacceptable service. Happened twice. And now they started charging even if car doesn't get unlocked. Update: I tried once again, this time the engine doesn't start. I reported and its still available for booking. The call centre insists the car is in perfect condition!

It's really easy to rent a car for shot term and long term, my suggestion to add some more futures like advance reservation for short term rent. Because people like me always finding cars near by but most of the time availability is not there all cars are booked. But still this app help me a lot thanks anyway

Udrive is such an amazing service. Their recent plan changes for per minute travel make it quite affordable but the best of all is their customer service!! It's brilliant and everytime I've had an issue, they've been very quick to resolve it. Would not use any other service! Kudos team 👏

Nothing happens after I input my login credentials and tapped on the login button. UI/UX is terrible! Update: I realized, the app doesn't allow to change password. Otherwise, I will not be able to login again, and will ask for another password reset. Which defeats the purpose of the "Change Password" in the app. I feel unsafe with my credit card info if I couldn't change password. Until they have resolved this, I'm keeping this 1 star rating due to trust issues.

The service is really nice for the region but there are a few problems with the application itself. The GPS location of the cars is always very wrong. Tens of meter difference sometimes across the road or a different area. People who take the car should take a picture when they park the car so the next person would know where to find it. The cars are always very dirty and need care More often. Overall good experience and really good support

Pathetic app. Tried so many times to register. The options even after selecting not getting updated. The pages keeps refreshing. I couldn't count how many times I entered my email I'd. Everytime I fill one by one options while registering the email I'd gets erased I have to type it again 4 or 5 times. When I chose my country from nationality options, it does not even show also. I'm an ekar user. Everything went fine in their app. But this one don't know what their software issues are.
