This app desperately needs an update. Notifications do not work on android and ios. It never notifies when the baby is waking up, crying, or gets picked up. The log or feed and diaper tracking needs work, entries can't be edited and instead of logging the time of feeding it asks how long baby was fed. I think it's valuable to add the time stamp not the longevity of the feeding. Please update the app, at least make the notifications work as it's probably one of the most important needed features.

Not being dramatic here, but this app is not usable for anything other than a camera and logging activities due to some of the buttons being positioned behind the phones notification bar, which cannot be hidden. These buttons just need relocated and the problems would be solved.

the sound is super inconsistent. I want to to play constantly over night but it frequently shuts off or just stops playing. super inconvenient when I was wanting to use this as a monitor for my baby. now I have to purchase another monitor just for audio because this does not play when she makes noise and thr notifications are super delayed. this whole system is not as advertised. the camera is great but it is not consistent and does not always record or recognize when she is put in the crib.

very bad service. i used it but after 6 month connection gone. it say no money needed but try to charge my credit card. now can not connected to the device. completly dump product. reset camera but not able to make connections. please dont buy it. Frauds!! Frauds!!

App is annoyingly buggy. It doesn't log activity (like baby was removed from crib), notifications come in randomly and when there's nothing happening on the camera. Sleep analysis is awful. Do not get the membership.

Doesn't notify at all not even when baby is crying. Only works when app is open. Don't not buy product. It's a pay to use subscription app/product
