Man, this really makes you think, get inside yourself, truly helps you w/thought processes, habits, everything. Not sure if we get more topics added on as time goes, but there's a good approx 18. Some are topics you can come back & build on. Some are one-time answers but still make you think. The AI Def helps keep the ideas, thoughts, perspective, etc going. It helped me realize a goal I could make, despite me feeling I had none to make. Priceless app.

this app is really really good I have tried many many mental and emotional health apps here and they all have little things you can do or meditation or a journal writing but there's something different about this when you're actually able to discuss things through and be your own sounding board but it comes with a lot of hints and tips that a therapist would definitely be delivering this is a great application

So far, so great! This takes the great benefits of AI conversation and makes it easy to face a task head on. When my ADHD gets me unable to start a task, I've used this to help me break it into one simple task and a SMART goal, then use it for accountability when I've finished. So helpful! It's only been a few days but I can see myself using this long term for sure. Some possible suggestions: options to choose different voices? Im looking forward to accessing the chat more often too.

The app is great so far. It's a bit strange to have a limit for 1 talk per day though. On the other hand it makes you know that you won't spend much time, get tired, etc... Relaxing. What really bothers me is that while speaking with voice is much more convinient -- voice recognition and my pronunciation aren't perfect, so I send gibberish that way. I would love to use this option but with a possibility to read and edit text before sending. And also reread what was said to me while answering.

I can't even lie. I was skeptical at first. This app definitely can help change perception & keep focus on what truly matters. I wouldn't say it takes place of a psychiatrist, yet it definitely can keep you focused & accountable.

For just the small amount of time spent talking. It's amazing how much better I feel once I've actually communicated something truly meaningful and I physically feel lighter! I've told my friends and family both five minutes a day, to aquire a sounder soul is something u don't pass on.

Penfield has been an incredible and helpful tool, companion and journal on my journey inward! There are many different activities and practices that are great for reframing, gratitude, self reflection and self discovery. The AI is great too!
