Very poor software. I spent about an hour trying to get this app working across three devices . I keep getting a blank screen with no logon the only way I can get a logon is on my phone which is no good for my daughter. it has a newer Android version 9.0. my daughter's tablet and phone are both on Android 8.1 and the app will not go to the log on screen.

I spent 45 minutes setting up an account and going through all the different websites. I then finally downloaded the app for it to blatantly not work and just be a white screen. I would just like to access one downloadable ebook, it should not be that complicated. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are considering getting the app, dont bother as this seems to be a very common problem.

I go onto the app, there is a blank screen with GillExplore at the top, there is a menu page but nothing happens when you click on the options. This app is unusable. Right now eBooks are needed more than ever in my school and most of my books are Gill. This is a disgrace and really needs to be fixed because it has a big negative impact on the education of so many students.

So I go onto the website and login, enter my activation code and it re directs me to the app to get the free ebook..I install the app but the app .. it has a page with different option to click on ( my ebooks, downloads, settings, help etc) but when I click on them nothing happens! And if I slide to the right there is just a white screen that says gillexplore page at the top. I have tried going back in the website but nothing works! Please help me I need this for school.

I have created an account and every time I try and log in it says "..login details were not correct, please try again" which I find frustrating because I know my password and email address. Even when I try to log in on the website, it's says the same thing and tells me that I only have 9 tries left, which is useless especially if it won't let me in.

Bad app!! Once you've gone through signing up and downloading the app, all it shows you is a blank white screen!! Nothing works and even contacted them myself and it seems even they have no clue as to what happening. My advice don't bother!

App not working, only shows a white screen. I tried force stopping it, reinstalling it but it's still not working. It would be great if you could fix it as soon as possible as many students want to use the e-book in schools due to coronavirus.

I wish I could have rated zero. Cant download the ebook. When finally gets the ebook, previous ones are unavailable. I rang the support time before 5pm, but nobody to answer the phone. No option to leave a message either. Now, left with an upset child unable to use his books on his tablet. Totally infuriating.
