Very effective at tracking my progress in terms of lifting, strength, etc. Already been using this for years and is super helpful. Very friendly to beginners and you can also add exercises that may not be recorded yet on the app, so that's also a big plus. Overall, a great experience. Definitely gonna recommend 10/10!

This app is exceptional! Easy to keep track of your workouts and emphasizes on progress overload. Key note, if you ever have any problems with the app, make sure to contact the support team. They are amazing! I had a slight inconvenience and they were able to give a great solution to my problem.

I've been using this app for a month and there's a few things I wished they added. By the way it cost 2 dollars a month to use this app. 1. Why isn't the timer on my lock screen. Or running in the background. The timer even stops sometimes when I'm using other apps. 2. Why can't I change the timer for certain exercises. Bench needs more rest time then bicep curls. Have 1 set timer for everything isn't ideal. 3. The app itself is kinda basic and ugly

Great app, love everything except that when you minimize the the app to scroll on social or any other app between sets, the time doesn't seem to be accurate.

I believe that this app have just come to android. Love the minimalistic look and ease to use. However the thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is a few bugs in the settings and some confusing UI choices. I have to add my exercises from the list and then pick them again from another list. Overall a great app if it gets optimized

It's annoying that this app is so much better on iPhone. On android you don't have the smart plates feature and the timer doesn't work properly
