Hello, I’d like to share some feedback on the Chalo Bus app. While the app provides bus timings, I’ve often faced issues with buses not arriving as scheduled. It would be very helpful if real-time tracking could be added, so users can see the exact location of the bus and any delays due to traffic. This feature would make planning and waiting much easier and improve the app’s reliability. Thank you.

This app is useful for me since I travel on the bus on daily basis. But the recent update was irritating. I can't move around the map to see other bus stops or where the buses are at. Whenever I try to move it, it keeps relocating my current location. I can't see where are the buses at. You do have a relocating to current location option we can use it if we want to, why it's relocating on its own. Please fix this issue. Thanks.

For more than a month, I have been experiencing issues with using my wallet. I have submitted tickets both through email and the app, but despite receiving a response that the team is investigating, the problem has not been fixed. The error message I keep encountering is: "Unable to reach partner server (XK)".

After recent upgrade the app is difficult to use. Previous version was very handy for daily commute. 1. City selection is not useful when the commute is between Chennai to Tiruvallur for instance. 2. When I look for buses around directly from map, I wonder why it would drag me again and again to my location itself before showing any buses !! 3. Now I don't seem to find, see all bus option when I travel from Tiruvallur to Porur. App now has become less than what it was

New update literally being worse.. it's just showing the buses only when it is inside the specific radius of my location . If I can only see the buses which I can see directly then what is the purpose of the app?? And we can't even move the radius to other locations it'll immediately drag your radius to your actual location it's frustrating to use!!! Can't go and search for each and every to see if any bus is coming.. old features was good

Forcing to turn-on location is weird and creepy. Even Uber, swiggy don't do it. Sometimes people just want to know bus timing and availability from point A to B, for a specific time which we are more than capable to do, don't forces us to turn on location to access this information.

It's a pathetic app. While sitting inside the bus, it shows no routes available. If one opts to pay through UPI, the option it asks for is "Enter Route No". Nowhere is the route no displayed either on the bus itself or within the app. I've been to London & Melbourne and the bus apps there are so user friendly and accurate it actually gives one a feeling of being with a reliable assistant. In our melee to ape the west, we come up with such gross, unfriendly app that serve no purpose.

Over-all experience is good. But it should improve more. Most of the time the app does not show the live location and sometimes a bus passes in front but cannot board. As Can't reach the bus stop due to not knowing the exact timing.
