This Lady has a genuinely relaxing voice( unlike many others I've tried over the years )and keeps the practice simple ...but thorough if required. Normally I would not purchase an app but ,for an important practice, this is money well spent imho. I believe there is a demo session on YouTube by the developer if you were unsure as all these things are subjective.

Pros: nice app with various features you can customize. I do feel relaxed after and I enjoyed the guide. Cons: The session restarts if I leave the app for any reason during a session. Pricey but the aesthetics do not match the cost.

I love this app and value it, use it to relax, keep telling myself I need to use it every day to benefit. Similar to an audio tape my doctor prescribed about 20 years ago. Will keep you posted if I use it every day to see if it helps my anxiety.

For an English app they should have used a native speaker. You hear her German accent paired with a very robotic diction. Background sounds are good but I'll try to find something better.
