Very clunky impossible to use app. Just setting up the account to deleting and reinstalling the app. Then there should've been an entry report for me to review. Wasn't anywhere on the app. So deleted and reinstalled app again and magically the entry report appeared. Clicked on it to try and review it and every time I try to open it, it immediately crashes so I can't see it. Uninstalled and reinstalled app hoping that'll fix it again. Now I can't even log in as an error happens every time I try.

Constantly logging me out, data is sometimes inaccurate and constantly resetting forms. Update: Recently, I can't even get anything to load at all (every page just errors out with "an unexpected error has occurred"). Utterly beyond useless. Wish I could post screenshots. How barfoot (or potentially other property managers) thinks this is an acceptable way to communicate critical details regurding a tenancy blows my mind.

I'm required to use this app for my tenancy, yet no matter what I do when I open the app once to logo loads the screen doesn't display anything. This is extremely frustrating as my phone is up-to-date so that clearly isn't the issue, meanwhile this is effecting my tenancy. I've reached out for support and still haven't heard back. Would not recommend this to anyone, stay away if possible.

App stops working after the most recent update, keeps poping up error message, not displaying anything. Re-logging in doesn't work either. I'm a landlord and also a renter at the same time, I feel sorry for other renters who needs to use this app. Whoever designed this app, you're making things unnecessarily confusing and difficult for other people.

Possibly one of the worst functioning apps I have ever seen. An update today seems to have completely brought it down with no content being displayed. It seems like property managers & REAs have a completely different version of the app that works quite well, so I imagine the testing & support team for the tenant app is nonexistent at this point.

Constant problems with this app, the last update was meant to have "bug fixes" however it has taken all function away. Nothing is displayed, you cannot lodge maintenance requests or see payment history. It's not even showing the address. Very disappointing.

App freshly installed and doesn't work in my Android v12. I am unable to add comments, photos or agree at anything at the condition report. Real states should be aware that is not accessible to all the smartphone users. There is no online platform to use as a back up.

Having terrible experience with console tenant yet lm required to use the app for my tenancy..Despite making my rent payments on time, there have been delays in processing the payments through the app, which have caused confusion and misunderstandings about my payment status. This is frustrating, and I hope developers ensure to resolve it to prevent any future inconveniences. This is not good for any persons rental profile and history. Absolutely unfair to any tenant
