They did not pick me at the boarding point. I checked the location and called the intrcity number but was not able to connect to the driver. I tried 3 more times, but no use. I was supposed to board at 12.40 AM but they were late by around 1.5 hours. Moreover, they did not pick me up at my boarding point. I was waiting for my bus at a place 3 km from the town and missing my bus left me stranded at midnight. FYI, this is my first time booking in IntrCity and what a pleasant experience i have had.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience trying to redeem my Intrcity miles. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to locate the option to redeem these miles within the Intrcity app. I have also reached out to their customer care team and even sent mail regarding this ,but unfortunately, they still didn't provided any resolution. It is so frustrating to have accumulated these miles and not be able to utilize them. Such a cheap behaviour to hide your options. Shame on you...

I had a very disappointing experience with IntrCity. The service is worse than expected, with false advertising about features that simply do not work. The smart switch functionality was completely non-functional, and I couldn't change my seats even though there were available seats on the bus. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this app for travel. Save your time and money!

Intercity sucks. I made a booking and now it will not let me cancel. Called support and they told me they will get back within 24-48 hours. But my journey starts in less than 12. I had a bad feeling about this service before booking the tickets but was convinced by a friend to use it. Stick with other aggregators and don't lose your money.

Terrible experience! I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad, but the bus didn’t stop at the designated boarding point. I even have an audio recording from customer care confirming that I would receive a refund. Due to the urgency of my travel, I had to book another bus myself. Although they eventually arranged an alternate bus, it was too late by then. The lack of communication and responsiveness is shocking, and after multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received any resolution or refund

It was my first travel with intercity bus but was the worst travel experience ever in this high luxury class ticket price. Bus was not looking luxury at all neither from exterior view nor from interior. Seat was not comfortable. No bedsheet and pilow was provided. Blanket was used and dirty. Reading light was not working as expected. Seat and it's wall was full of dust. Had to ask captain to clean it many times. Information provided while ticket booking was really misleading. If refund is not possible for rescheduled trip then why the application enabling cancel button at that moment. To steal customers money? I have rescheduled the trip just within 30 min after booking as I want only intrcity bus . After that I came to know my business plan was rescheduled. So I checked for cancellation possible or not. Application showed possible. In this way your application and your service manipulated me without refund.

Worst travel booking app. It doesn't have proper customer support and call almost never connects to the helpline. Only had to rely on luck and the driver. I traveled using intercity several times yet the same problem continues always
