I have only been using the app a few days, but I really like how easy it makes fitting in a good training plan. The only recommendation I can make is adding the recommended cadence next to your current cadence on the workout player. It says in the description before you start, but you need to remember it during the ride to try to match it.

If you find yourself getting overwhelmed with information and data on other training apps, then JOIN is a great solution. It gives just enough data to motivate you while giving you workouts that aren't boring to meet your goal. The integration with Training Peaks makes it easy to do your workouts how and where you want. The ability to choose your availability makes it easy to fit it into your life. It's taken training from stressful to exciting for me.

This Join Cycling App / program is really good, there are many workouts and plans for specific events. The workout player works well. Also, the App is able to review what you do outside on road outside of the workouts and takes that into account when assigning your next workout, based upon rate of perceived exertion. The Support Team are very responsive too. Great value! Thumbs up!

Not what I expected. I joined the free trial and love the concept of adaptive training plans, so I started the winter base plan. I thought this would just be ticking over in the off season, within the first week I have a 30min threshold session scheduled, usually you would build up to threshold effort of this length over weeks, not straight into long hard efforts. Not what I'm looking for in the winter off season.

The plans seem to update very well, giving effective workouts and positive results. I would like to see the player give an option for "inclines" versus "ERG". It would be great for my training if I can take advantage of my smart trainers incline simulation. Custom workouts would also be great. The available workouts are effective, so I'm not too concerned about that though.

Great app but would really like the option to plan in custom runs or gym workouts that's part of my training rather than having to just do them and wait to until after for the app to adapt afterwards.

a bit 'meh' overall. Certainly not worth paying much for, in my opinion. No stats that you can't get from any other serious training app. The app only appears to suggest turbo trainer workouts, never dealing effectively with real-world rides that I have planned as part of my training regime.
