Lots of glitches and even wrongly locked my coach out. Make sure you keep a copy of yoir notes before you post and when recording video, position your video in letter not landscape mode before hitting send. If it were not for my decent coach, this app would be off my phone and that's a possibility given that my coach's account was wrongly locked out.

A fantastic application used by my PT to design my workouts for me. They are a lot easier to follow on TrueCoach. I can also stay connected to her via the application, which is really helpful when you cannot remember everything you need to ask before the next session. You can just write notes on the routine for the PT to respond to 😊

It's good but i wish when playing videos you dont always go full screen and just play in the window as is. Imagine you have to quickly watch one while working out. The extra step of flipping your phone because it went to landscape mode and go back to the programme is not so optimal.

Simple with very basic feature but a few bugs and lack of features. Sent feedback numerous times but they don't seem to have had even a single app update since

so easy to use! I like the videos of the proper technique to use while lifting weights. I also like the cheering/ trophy that comes after a task is complete.

Well.. I've tried for days. I install the app and I get ask to login. I don't have a registration page at all, so obviously I can't login. So I have uninstalled this app twice already and kept trying.

I love the RehabFix program I'm using. Don't know if this app is exclusively theirs. The app has a few oddities. I rebooted once to reset it.

just started my new workout and Aaron has gave me the proper training programme,which is perfect for my needs,i would highly recommend Aaron to anyone who is thinking about taking up fitness, its also gives you a great wellbeing,i'm 63yrs of age and never felt better in my whole life 👍
