So, I am running with a Galaxy S8 plus, and the app accepts credit cards fine, but in the summary, it shows up as $0, and I can only pick the start date, not the end date. It is frustrating for my boss because I have to screenshot individual sales, instead of just the report for the day. If this could be dealt with I'd give this 5 stars. Other than that, the app accepts credit cards just fine under just about any circumstance.

The app was working ok. This week my app updated and stopped being able to process payments "you have lost Internet connection" is the message I receive every time I have to run a payment. Now I'm manual entering transactions. If this isn't updated soon I'll be pulling my millions of dollars worth of credit card transactions and using someone else.

Utter GARBAGE!! I don't know what changed, but auddenly this app is bringing up Goggle Wallet whenever I go to process a payment. It NEVER did this before, and finding out at a busy show that it's suddenly doing it is NOT the time for it to happen! And since my processor's help desk is CLOSED on weekends, that makes me even madder. If they don't fismx this on MONDAY, I will be getting rid of the card processor AND iProcess.

The new update is not working with Android. It won't connect to the reader. When I try to process a payment, it tells me I have no internet connection, I don't have time to manually enter it anyway with 15 people standing in line. It has cost me days worth of sales thus far. I'm going to need to look at other options if it's not fixed by Monday. 9/22/23- update...it's been almost a month, it's not fixed, "support" doesn't seem to be to worried about it. I'm out!

WHY A CRAPPY UPDATE? used it for years now its junk. Cant even put the tax rate in, the buttons just wont do anything. Using for 2 businesses, one collects tax the other doesn't but when switching accounts tax rate is on both accounts or it's not on both, cant collect on one account and not collect on the other account. You had a good app now it doesn't work right after update. Should have left a good thing alone

This app used to work well now it tells me everytime that I must have lost internet connection amd doesn't show if the charge went through or not. I have to wait for the email to come over to know if it went through or not. Please help.

When I see the card sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have to enter manually and customers get upset and impatient. If this app wants to continue to have my business, they need to be able to help me with mine...

The app worked better and was much more user friendly before the update. The digital receipt used to have my company name on it and let me leave a message for the customer as well but that's no longer there either.
